What material can you engrave on?

If you have something special you need engraved,  we can engrave stainless steel, brass, copper, some plastics, and aluminum.

We provide products for engraving. Please see our shop page to see what we have in stock!

What type of file can I submit?

Please send a vector file with your logo or design. If you don't have a vector file, we can create it for you for a design fee.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if you have an issue with your order, please contact us with a photo and we will consider how to help you!

Can you send a proof before shipping my item?

Yes, especially for custom designs and proofreading, we will send you a proof for review for final approval.

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time depends on the quantity of your order or the complexity of the design. Standard jobs typically take 5-7 business days. We would be happy to accommodate expedited orders for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.

Can I ship my firearms to you for engraving?

Yes! Please contact us for a copy of our FFL. We will need a copy of your driver's license and a detailed description of what you would like done.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately  we only ship domestically at this time.​
